Is it considered murder if they were snoring?

JustNik · 51-55, F
I read a suggestion somewhere about sticking peanut M&Ms up their nose to stop the snoring. It's unlikely to kill them unless you accidentally put your hand over their mouth at the same time.

I think it's permitted as long as you've taken reasonable measures to stop it

Casually “adjust” your king size pillow over his face. 👍

How loud was the snore-perpetrator?
BellaLocura · 51-55, F
Have you ever been to a NASCAR race? @gdon39:

@BellaLocura: I have but hope to never go again...lol Pretty loud but I'd refrain from the kill.

Gets knocked down to manslaughter.. possible crime of passion.
BellaLocura · 51-55, F
Is manslaughter a misdemeanor?😆@Coppercoil:
Sounds like a question you should ask a defence attorney.
LarryZ · 56-60, M
Hopefully yes since I am a horrible snorer.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
