why does love happen when you stop looking for it

i thinkit's because when we're seeking, we come at the world with eyes looking much too hard, seeking for perfection, and not understanding that sometimes "perfection" is in those things which are imperfect. we overlook so much, and so many searching for something, instead of letting things happen naturally. it's a natural thing that should occur, so i'm not sure why we all keep trying to make it work by force.

Love is not picky over time and place, it has a way of just popping up whenever it pleases.

Probably because a person stops seeming needy and desperate.

because the universe is a sarcastic bitch
