The older you get, the less sleep you need. 35? You are at the 6-7 hour a night range. Although those that are doctor are trained to get considerable less.

@purecrazy93: sounds pretty safe then. But apparently you need to stay awake longer to account for the shortening life and aging faster issue that this brings. Might as well sublet that bed out 😂
