I’m speaking to guys!

Actually we didn’t date but I do regret not giving her a chance. It was some lady that I worked with at the grocery store. I remember she was really nice to me. We seemed to have the same sense of humor and interests. Back when I was 19 I wasn’t very wise but I kinda ignored her attempts to get closer to me. On her last day working there she gave me her number and I didn’t ask for it but I took it anyways. I had it on a piece of paper in my car and one day I realized I had lost it after cleaning my car. She wasn’t the most attractive gal and I can recall being kinda shallow about that because a part of me did kinda like her. I do regret not giving her a chance because that was the last time anyone took interest in me for years. It seems that’s how I lose most people’s numbers nowadays. I gotta start storing numbers into my phone from now on. 3 times this has happened to me because I was careless and left the number on a scrap of paper in my car. It’s like a curse or something 😔. Kinda makes me chuckle how I lost all 3 numbers the same way but sad at the same time. The other two numbers weren’t potential love interests but were actually old acquaintances who attempted to befriend me.

I think whether any of the men on here want to admit it or not, most have taken someone for granted ina relationship, admittedly me included.

The problem is people assume mistreatment of a woman is confined to infidelity or abuse of a physical nature or a combination of both. But oftentimes it's our words or our failure to pay attention when we should have that leave the deepest scars and hurt the most.
