@Underconstruction It seems more general than that,broader:imbalances in nature/natural world as metaphor for civilization.
It's an Icelandic band,there songs can be very morose,as another Icelandic band Sigur Ros band said.
I'm not convinced about WWII,the queen bee dies if you're going down the literal path. For some reasoon the dragonfly images DID remind me of WWI planes..then theres the BEAR!!!馃槢
