Am I dependent on relationships if falling for someone else is the only way for me to get over someone else?

It first took me two years to get over someone which took another person to get me over them, and it took a year for me to get over that person with another. Am I dependent on relationships and intimacy?

@Reject during the time it took to get over them I was pretty much alone, I dated someone for 13 months but I think I was just rushing into things and wasn't really over the person before
