Do you consider it a red flag when a new acquaintance can't stop telling you how honest they are ?
Is that something you have to say 5,000 times because you really ARE honest or because you're trying to hide the fact you're dishonest? 馃

Yes they should not need to explain it sooo much but actually put it in action

[@876164,annastasia] I imagine that's real in real life, but if when a person makes contact virtually, how does one measure the action?

How they explain themselves but that is tough sometimes [@775769,chelseahotel]

Hmm usually honesty speaks for itself and doesn鈥檛 need to be announced that many times lol. I def consider it a red flag if people keep 鈥榖oasting鈥 about a good trait they claim they have.

Honest people don鈥檛 have to beat the drums of their honesty. It鈥檚 usually the dishonest one who always keep going on about how honest they are.

If someone has to explain their virtues, then it probably isn't one...馃
wildbill8331-35, M
[@775769,chelseahotel] many virtues aren't intrinsic to the person who possesses them, they are a by-product of how they influence others; i.e. an honest person proves their honesty to others, not talk about how honest they are...
eqfish41-45, M
[@597698,wildbill83] Okay. Not going on the metric of that. Some people don't have people to talk to and the idea of others would become nonsense
Tomorrow51-55, F
[@597698,wildbill83] Agree.
