Does love feel different for a man than for a woman or are there a lot of similarities and no differences?

Not on an individual basis but in general for men compared to in general for women? I know there are a lot of similarities but are there some differences in emotions or mentally?

Personal input of how if affects or feels for you is super helpful and enlightening馃榿馃帀

I have talked of this for years as it is something I understand a bit about. That and I am old!

A heartache, or heartbreak hurts either sex, either gender the same. If one takes an issue that is heartbreak to her and applies the same to him in the same situation the heart breaks the same. It's a heart no matter the sex of the body.

Boys have been taught to hide, to inhibit, to not show their hurt, emotions, their fears and their weaknesses. In essence he is raised wrong and is treated detrimentally. She never has those issue growing up. The ability, to show love, compassion, empathy, and to nurture is not a feminine trait but it is a human trait.

Knowing that a broken heart or heartache manifests itself much differently in her that it does him. However it does not mean he doesn't feel and hurt just as much.

Later in life, in that fun time known as puberty hormones for her and him begin to come in to play. Her Estrogen will make her an emotional mess. And that is fine. She will cry and breakdown over the silliest things at the oddest times. I know I still do. He has Estrogen as well but it quickly get converted into testosterone which is a hormone that cause aggression and anger more easily.

And so that heartbreak becomes even more prevalent in her now that with him. By now he has long been conditioned to hide his emotions and not to cry or any of that other bullshit. So chemically there is a difference but it is hormonal.

However like situation to like situation --they hurt, break, cry, and take forever to heal just the same.

@VioletRayne It would be awesome if you all express love feels for you and then we can all see that way

there are a lot of similarities with a few differences. a couple comes into balance through physical contact, which causes hormones to be shared. at that time emotional attraction rises for men, and physical attraction rises for women.

after initial attraction, it starts with a kiss 馃槝
