I am truly not judgemental..it may be that he smiles and is happy - it's nice to be fancied right? but..my worry if you say something is.. that it might lead to wanting to take it a step further.. and it can be pretty hard to find willpower to stop once you have kissed... I'd say go with your heart.. but there are consequences either way..

As to if we are the one fancied... it so very much depends... and it may be that men take these things differently.. but for me it depends if I like that person.. god knows why but I do have men who are obsessed with me.. but I don't believe it's ME they want - just a fantasy that they've build in their own heads.. so I don't find that a compliment...
