How to stay sane whilst waiting for a text from a guy?

I was WAAAYY overthinking, he has asked me out a second time 😅

With full seriousness, I went on a date yesterday that was nothing short of perfect.

Now I'm waiting for a text back. This should be a normal thing but now I feel like a teenager, checking my phone and I feel anxious opening every message I get now.

This has also raised my axiety a lot, mostly about him and all the things I hope he didn't notice because I went home and noticed them and now I am so so so so scared he saw and he will reconsider and not speak to me again.

Am I being a bit childish about all of this?

Stop texting. After a great date, let him text first is usually the best strategy. If you keep texting, you look desperate. Having said that, of course you’re anxious. It’s always like that when you have a good vibe with someone and don’t get a text or call pretty quickly afterwards.
