Why why why why why why why why why why...?

You make an SW friend and then one day they just... leave... close their account... She did say "bye" but that was it... WTF??? No reason, no other contact info... I guess the word "friend" doesn't really apply.... I don't really know if I'm sad or mad...

Sorry about that. Idk how close your were with her.. I'd feel devastated of one of my close friends left me like this, but if they are not that close, you should expect that they may decide leaving one day and won't consider it important to give contact info.

@BitterSweetPotato That's the thing... I *thought* we were super close, we knew the deepest things about each other's lives, in my mind she was like my "best friend" even as we never met... and then *poof*... She did bother to send me a "goodbye gift", which was a nice gesture, but still...

@drymer I guess sometimes we think that our feelings are mutual but the other person doesn't reciprocate. I know you must be feeling very bad, hope she comes back in the future 🤗 She is likely too, they all do!
