Being socially gifted comes from wanting to make people happy and genuinely caring about them... People like it when they Peak another person's interest, because that means that they are interesting. When you flirt with someone you aren't talking about yourself you're asking someone to talk about themsrlves because you want to know who they are... everyone just wants someone to really know them. And Nobody likes to hear somebody talk about themselves constantly.
