I Don't Know How To Talk To People

I always feel awkward in conversations both in real life and online. I feel like I don't talk enough back to keep a conversation going. But I can't think of anything more to say because my mind goes blank. And then I also wonder if I am just boring and so there's no point in talking to me anyway. I wish I was someone who could talk for hours and is exciting to talk to.

That sums me up perfectly. I really struggle to keep things going and usually resort to bringing up random topics that almost always end conversations. Can't count the number of times I've had a conversation going and the other person stops responding. That is why I almost never send messages to other people and instead comment like this.

I never send messages and my conversations usually end with me saying "haha" or "cool" or one word answers like that and the other person just stops responding.
