I Am Interested In Politics

Certain people persist in labeling President Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, or other Democrats as socialists. To clear up the confusion, here is the Merriam-Webster dictionary's definition of socialism:

Does any of that sound like Obama, Clinton or Sanders?

Sanders calls himself a socialist and I'm not going to argue with him about it..

Neither Hillary (who i detest) nor Obama (who i admire) ever identified themselves as being a socialist.

Then why does Sanders call himself a socialist and why does he claim that Denmark or Sweden is socialist, which it clearly isn't by this definition?
