@Cabernetfranc Sometimes the store bought stuff is pretty good. I just like learning how things work, so I can do for myself.

@Gangstress: I spent a year in Korea. I love the food. I like pickled foods, and I like red pepper. I taught myself how to make kimchi because I didn't like any of the stuff at the grocery store.
