Tried to get a drink from the fridge, pulled the milk out to get to the tea and dropped the milk jug. Bent over to pick up the milk jug, went to put it back in the fridge and busted my head on the refrigerator door.
Sizeable goose egg and a headache to boot.

@nahright09 Had one before...lol. The group title is spot on. The time I got a concussion I dropped a sock and bent to pick it up..hit my head on the kitchen counter. 😏
