Who else is I’m tired of seeing or hearing about kids being bullied especially disabled kids

I completely agree. However, I've gotta say that things are a lot better now than they were when I was in school.
The teachers back then basically turned a blind eye to it, and had the mentality of "It'll toughen them up for the 'Real World'." Which ironically turns out to be far less cruel, more civilized and inclusive (especially of those with disabilities) than any schoolyard of the 80s or 90s.
