Urgh Urgh Urgh!

I feel social media kills relationships because no one talks face to face anymore, we are all too busy with our heads in our phones or iPads etc.

We are addicted to what other people are doing in their life’s rather than what we should be doing in our own lives.

I will be out shopping with hubby and asking him what we need but his too busy with his head in his phone and I feel so ignored.

We will go out for a coffee and his got his head stuck in his phone and I’m sat there feeling like I’m invisible.

Social media is ruining our lives!

This was a huge problem with my ex. He was always playing a game or texting. I guess I'm old fashioned in that I believe that the person in front of me should get my attention. My relationship with my sister has also fallen off a cliff since she got a bf. She spends all her time with the guy yet still can't manage a coffee with me without texting him constantly throughout. It's so damn rude and disrespectful.

@KuroNeko
I believe that the person in front of me should get my attention.
👍 Yep right on, even when the relationship is not ideal. But then nothing real is ideal. Social media was a problem with my last gf.

@LittleTinks very lonely. I keep having to remind myself that I'd still be lonely if I was still in that relationship.
I find more comfort within my own company and feel much happier then being around hubby lol @KuroNeko

@LittleTinks The loneliness you feel around another person can be far worse than just being alone, I agree.
