I Have Had Gastric Bypass Surgery

My sister had this surgery and I am helping her out she can walk and take her to the bathroom she lose ten lbs less then a week 56 last year before she got accept for the surgery so proud of her, I got to get back on working out and eating right I’ve been with family since dec lol and I can’t really do my workouts her but I got this , we both going lose weight this year she Made my grocery shopping list because she’s been on nutrition classes so she’s helping me out :)
