Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: It was a little hard the first time but found myself sleeping better at night so it encouraged me...I did drink water though, helps clean the liver and kept me hydrated.

Cherokeepatti - usually I munch on a lot of cucumbers just on their own when I have my health nut on. I have never liked the taste of raw celery but I know its good.

I had hummus with carrots and celery yesterday for lunch....getting my health nut on.

Haha. I grew up in the bush in Australia and we had salt on almost anything....

Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: if you ever fast for 36 hours then you'll appreciate the flavor of celery....I did that for 6 weeks one time for every other day, and ate raw celery before I made breakfast.
