I Feel Bored and Lonely
I am feeling bored and alone right now.And also not feeling 100% alright.Is there anyone around that would like to talk?

Are you able to go out and do something? Even just going to a library and picking out a book to read. Possibly walk around in a mall looking through various stores just to spend the time.

@Spidergrrr A little better is good though. Any improvement is a good thing. Exercise of any kind is normally a good thing for clearing your mind and helping with your mood
