From the first time I heard this song I've been wanting to be able to play it. I didn't play any musical instrument at the time, but I knew I needed to be able to play this song. So I started. I cannot read musical notes, but I am a fast learner, so I downloaded the song on guitar pro, where they show the keys you have to press while playing the song, I also used YouTube videos of people playing this song and copied their keystrokes. I effectively taught myself to play this song on the piano, and it was every bit as great to play as I thought it would be. Now I can play it without any assistance through muscle memory. It was well worth it.
