I Listen to My Inner Voice

Even when it's telling me what a worthless piece of shit I am.

How I wish I could blissfully ignore the disparaging thoughts that endlessly assault my mind.

Most days are spent attempting to skirt around the unsightly beast.

A slight stress and my inability to handle it leaves the door wide open for attack.

@SardonicasCurse It can be ruthless. I've never been able to silence it, but time has helped me not buy into it's bullshit. There's something to be said for telling yourself one good thing a day.

I used to use this same profile picture(yours)..because it describes so well how i feel when the venom starts coming out...when the hell within came rushing out.

I understand your struggles..I know that is no consolation..but at least you know you are not the only one and someone at least feels your pain along with you.
