I Am Sometimes Clueless

Weird..... On Skype, I Skype with this guy I met on Omegle. I kept getting him over and over again, he was like, "That makes the 4th time I've seen you, if I get you one more time I'm adding you on Skype." He's kinda cute, he has glasses but he's cute, so I went and went until I got him 'pretending' to be unhappy about it. He was realllyyy sweet at first, now he's down right perverted, he doesn't ask me to show, but he just talks like he's writing 50ShadesOfGrey and it's ridiculous. I don't wanna be rude and yell at him for it, I know guys will be guys. But is there any way I can ask him to have respect or anything? Ugh . Skype is always funny to make faces to people but when he's like that it's just merrr. Then I Skype with my friend Megan, from real life. And she was with her boyfriend, and they kept kissing. Is there a way I could ask her to stop with that? And another guy from across the ocean, he's sweet but I don't really know him and he's always saying how he fancies the sh*t out of me and how he really likes me, I don't really like him cause he's a touch rude and doesn't really take mind that I don't appreciate his oncoming flirtation, how can I ask him to stop without sounding mean?
