In a cold room in my own bed with a mattress heater, my fur-like blanket, my cats cuddling, rain and thunder with an open window, sleep hypnosis video, after a long warm bath, visualizing floating at the clear ocean, being perfectly safe floating. No harm. My "safe place", I carry it with me.
