I Love Relaxing
One of my favorite ways to relax is taking a really really hot shower, to the point I'm sweating, then going out and opening a window. This especially works wonders during the winter months, especially at night. Another thing that works well with this is changing your sheets before you shower and exercising.
It also helps release toxins in your body through perspiration and you get fresh air. Just thought I'd share this with you, in case anyone needs it❤️
