I Keep a Journal
I write in the journal everyday about my thoughts,things happening around me, how i feel on that particular day,about my family members and how i reacted to them during argument or conversation,how i intentionally procrastinated certain things eventhough i know i am going to regret it. The thing about journaling is, it amazes me when i read my last year journal.Some the the things which i journaled make me cringe. It helps to measure my level of emotional intelligence,growth in terms of viewing things in different light, handling certain worst scenarios and the list goes on. It is one of techniques (journal) to relieve my stress.IT IS HELPFUL.
