I Keep a Journal
I used to write on journals everyday about what would happen with me but that would be boring.
As I grew into my late teens, I'd spend hours everyday writing on journals pondering on ideas and those were really great times.
And then I learned mindfulness and since then I've learnt to watch my mind as a distant observer. This often makes me feel that I don't have a self. This is very peaceful but it also at times can make me feel empty but I'm rarely lost in my mind anymore. This has made me stop writing on journals because there's nothing to write about. It feels weird.
