Would you rather be Judge, Jury or Executioner?

I just watched a murder trial on YouTube. Executioner.

Let's say all of the positions are not cool to me. So... Surely not the executioner, cause I'd feel like a puppet in the hands of others. The Jury...Mhhh I don't feel the jury is so good for equity.
So it remains only the Judge, which is a very bad position cause he/she should judge and maybe take the responsibility of a punishment, in the end. But I also believe in my morality and ability to judge, follow/interpret the laws. I think I'd be a fair judge, not a crazy one.
