Do you get sad when people forget you Bday?

Yes. I try not to because I’m an adult and all that.
My mom declined to spend time with me on my birthday and still hasn’t given me the card that she says is my present. My birthday was the beginning of June. I’d almost rather she just forgot.

Not really. I'm used to it. My birthday is a couple days before Christmas. Nobody remembers.

I’m used to it. Last year was the first in at least a decade that anyone besides me made a big deal about my birthday, and even my closest friends didn’t text or call. My family never does. I know at my age it shouldn’t matter anymore but I love my birthday.

When your birthday is also a holiday, you get used to it. My close friends and family never forget though.

Yes. I write it on the wall calendar now, increases the odds that the people who live with me will remember!
