I Had A Cystoscopy

Cytoscopy w/ Hydroisstention in the morning.

Should I expect to be in pain afterwards?

I've read that they won't release you if you can't urinate.
I have never been able to urinate after being cathed. Does this mean I'm going to have to stay?

I had it done twice. It's not pleasant...everything was normal afterward except for the incredible burning sensation when you have to void. Now, I have to go for a third, Jeez Louise!! 馃檮 I hate that procedure, not because of the discomfort but because it's the voiding afterward...damn it burns. Oh well...if you value your health, you gotta do what you gotta do. :(

It's also not about what is in your bladder. Its about the ridgidness and inflammation from being cathed along with muscles that dont alliw you to pee

@joeblow yeah. The question is if they are going to let me go because im not going to veable to pee..

And would like to know what kind of pain to prepare for afterwards.
