I am so frustrated and overwhelmed! Things are not improving.MY LIFE is a complete mess. I just want to die ! Please just let me die!!!!!!!

Sorry you feel this way, I know how it feels, try to find anything to focus on, tv, book, music, don't think about anything but just this moment, even 5 minutes in future can be scary.. Hope it helps a little
