I Like It When Someone Replies Back To You Quickly

Why do some people choose to hide their replies? i really don't know or I cannot even come up with a good reason other than they are trying to come across as something to one person and something else to another?

I just got it hidden since last month, if I remember it correctly 🤔 Before I couldn't care less. But since I realised that there are people would take the time to do some stalking, why not just make it harder for them to do so 😏
