How do I break the news to my parents?

I’m 23. And my parents understand that I can do what I want. And I know they want what’s best for me. But I still don’t know how to tell them.

My mom is more concerned cause it’s hard to make friends in new places. But with my fiancé being in the military we actually already have a good amount of people to talk to.
My mom is also concerned that what if we break up, but I just don’t see it happening. And honestly before I even met my man, I was already planing to move out of state where it’s cheaper.
My dad’s concerned because I’m currently on CA unemployment (which was going to end soon anyway. Plus I found jobs where I’m going that start even higher than I was getting paid before. Annnnd I’ll have my GED by the time I go to move.
Obviously finances are a major part of my parents concern. However collectively together my man and I have over 10k saved up. We’ve found good houses to rent where we’re moving.
My parents also said that they’ve been happy to have me be able to visit them more. But now with covid I can’t really do that. But they’d still be within a 6hour drive way.

I know it’ll be a headache with DMV paperwork. Unemployment paperwork. And switching banks. But other than that I’ve never felt more ready...just how do I break the news to them that I’m actually going?
