It has finally happened I am finally moving and you can guarantee my "so called friends" who do drugs around me are NOT getting my new address as it is a fresh start and I am done with all the shit with my friends and cousin

I wonder how many landlord or janitors changes the locks when tenants move out and new tenants move in and the old tenants had not returned the keys?

Well I was a building janitor and it did happen a few times tenants did not return the keys or how would I know if they made copies of the keys and kept them. I did change the locks every time a tenant moved. I use to do it before the new tenant moved in so it would be readout then I changed and did it in front of the new tenant that way they would see I really changed the locks even to the mailbox.
