I Think The World Is Messed Up

Some of the nicest and kindest people I’ve ever met were perceived by others as rude and withdrawn.

Some of the smartest ideas I’ve ever heard were said in a hesitant and doubtful voice.

Some of the prettiest girls I’ve ever seen would avoid looking in a mirror because they can’t see how beautiful they were.

Some of the bravest people I’ve ever encountered were those who lost their battles in life, not because of lack of courage, but because they always chose the wrong battle.

And all those I believed should be loved, cherished, and appreciated were very lonely.

On the oposite hand, it can also be said thats those who show us the most love and understanding very often become the ones we pull away from and show our anger towards. Those that give us their strength and support when we are feeling down are the ones we cannot give back to when they are at a loss.
Thoses we appreciate and lean on in our times of need become unnecessary when we gain or own strenth.

And all this contributes to why people feel the way they do in your original post.
