Do you cook dinner the same time every night?

Depends what time the abysmal trains get me home from work. Sometimes it's too late to eat at all.

I use to when I ate with someone else . But now I eat alone most of the time so I eat whenever I get hungry.

Yeah at like 12 or 1am

I try to do it early so I’m not eating too late. Since I’ve been eating by 6 pm my morning fasting glucose numbers are much improved.
