I Am Worried About My Health
So I usually always try to be healthy but always cheated by having a cheat day where I would eat lots of fatty foods and never got anything good always hot heavier. Until last year when my doctor told me I was legally obese. So I changed my diet to even more healthier foods and having that cheat day as my experiment day with healthy foods of what goes together and stuff. So today I went to my doctor again and he said I lost 8 pounds yea I know not a lot but I know it's in the right step
