I Am Worried About My Health

So I usually always try to be healthy but always cheated by having a cheat day where I would eat lots of fatty foods and never got anything good always hot heavier. Until last year when my doctor told me I was legally obese. So I changed my diet to even more healthier foods and having that cheat day as my experiment day with healthy foods of what goes together and stuff. So today I went to my doctor again and he said I lost 8 pounds yea I know not a lot but I know it's in the right step

Don't think of yourself as having a cheat day. It seems like something small but i did that before as well and it never helped. What worked better for me at least was not making a special day for it.

I just found healthier options for food i love - pizza, ice cream, friend chicken etc.
And they taste amazing but they're healthy and i can have it often. So they're not special and when i have it i'm still eating healthy.

especially for ice cream - look up nana ice cream. you'll fall in love.!
