I Find Joy In Little Things
My house is full, every bedroom has one or two people in it. Honestly I would be happier if a couple of more people were here. But that MIGHT be too crazy.
The girls had fun baking decadent cookies and then dancing around with YouTube music and flashlights, shadow puppets.... running around the neighborhood to burn off energy.
My boyfriend daughters are here (freshman and one sophomore in college) plus my daughter, .plus a distant relative who lives on disability income.
So today I feel as if God has given me a family. So even tho it’s weird ... I’m only used to one or two girls in the house at a time...but even his son stayed over a couple of nights this week..it’s very Unusual... but also ...nice! It’s cause of CoVid? Or other? Either way, I’m glad. It’s the kind of happiness I’m afraid to accept or enjoy, because around the corner is tragedy. May there only be peace and happiness for a long long time! - in Jesus name , amen.
