I Have Scary Stories To Tell
One year, I had a really bad headache. The night before, there was slight pain on both sides of my temple, I took asprin and went to bed. The next day however, I was still in pain. I usually had my headache pills (as I call them), but forgot them at home. I figured this headache would go away on it’s own. But for the next 7 hours, each time I walked, tilted my head, and opened my mouth my head pains would intensify.
By the end of the day I was tearing up from the pain, but I couldn’t cry. I began to worry, what if I faint? What if I have a seizure? I decided to sit in a chair in the lobby of this building and attempted to call my mom. But when I called her to let her know I needed my medication, I could hardly speak. I mumbled words, I felt so disabled at that point. I had to calm down because my head would start pounding with every movement I made. Finally, my Mom arrived, I made it to her car in pain and took my medicine.
