I doubt it. I cannot believe a scientific paper just because its published. I have been in medical community and i know for a fact that to be published in a journal requires a lot of proof and the journals also do proper analysis of their own. However, this was published online, not in any journal because the journals have not allowed her to post it. Anyone can write in scientific language and upload it, few of my college mates used to get some of their thesis done from non-medical person.

If that paper of hers gets published in a reputed journal, then i would believe it. Till then, its all a conspiracy theory to me.
According to a scientific review by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, the September paper offered "contradictory and inaccurate information that does not support their argument".[4] Four reviewers published in the MIT Press criticised the paper as not demonstrating "sufficient scientific evidence to support its claims."[5] Multiple prominent virologists, such as Kristian Andersen from Scripps Research and Carl Bergstrom from the University of Washington also called it unscientific.
