I Moo At Cows

And baaa at sheep, and sometimes miaow at cats.

At least those two sometimes reply. Cows look back with their mournful beautiful long faces and probably think I'm an idiot

Maybe they don’t. Supposedly, elephants think humans are cute. Maybe cows find us amusing.

@SW-User they do have fun. I remember walking through a field with my mum and as we crossed it, half a dozen cows were to the side of us. As we walked on further across the field I looked round and they were closer to us...but stopped moving as soon as I looked.

We walked on a bit more, I turn, and they have been following but stop as soon as I turn.

And a third time.

And then we crossed into the next field and they watched us walk off.

I think they were playing a game with us.

Cows would not be so impolite to harbour such thoughts. They are merely observing this human who is intelligent enough to speak their language.
