What is the worst drug in video game history?

Not one intended to kill...those are off the list right away...

The rules are they have to have some sort of positive effect at the time...though they're either very addictive, or have terrible withdrawal symptoms.

@Fangirlsarah1996: I thought it was supposed to have started as a medical treatment/nerve regrowth sort of thing and it just went out of control/had unexpected mutation problems.

Pretty much any drug or alcoholic beverage in Fallout 3. Especially beer, you drink one and you're instantly addicted.

Well in the Fallout game alcohol addiction isn't "bad" per se...sure you get some lower stats but beer is common enough and drinking it isn't exactly a problem...it's rarer stuff like Med-X addiction...that's a kicker because the stuff is very rare
