Quezon City  jail in the Philippines was built  60 years ago and is extremely  overcrowded 


unfit for human habitation  many struggle to cope behind  its walls


swells  of bodies  line the floor of the basketball  cort many taking  turns  sleeping .....



it was designed to store 800 or less ,instead it holds five times that amount ....3800+



the system  is so unjust
