It can be caused by medication.
Food and water play a major part but also aspects of your life play a part. It's important to love yourself and surround yourself with loving positive things. Love life and a natural flow to life. Letting go of issues rather than going over and over them.

Thats a long time ,Ive been on beta blockers for many years but the painkillers only for the last 3

@SW-User iron needs vitamin c to work effectively and ideally a natural rather than synthetic sources of iron.
