I Jog

Interesting jog today, started off on a slow incline then down a bit, onto a rough rocky path of mud and grass. Then onto a crickety boardwalk, back to the winding streets and up a huge hill, more sidewalks and streets. Kept my feet and body guessing, covered six miles, five ten minute miles and a one mile walk. Kicked this week off with nine miles jogging and two walking for the first two days of the week. Came back with a good sweat, more warm weather on the morrow.
I remember, before my body betrayed me, those times jogging round wherever I chose to go. What a great feeling that was and sometimes I think "why not throw all caution to the wind" and jog once again.
