I Jog

Total of 32 cardio miles this week, 27 jogging, five walking. Had some more fatigue this week, only hit the gym once when I have been averaging four times at least per week, which seems like it's been forever now. Oh well, I am up I am down, I am human......Running every damn day takes it toll on the mind and body. Wondering if I will ever pull a Gump one day.....

Do you have the Foam roller? Get one, my Doctor said that I had that dreaded arthritis, well after rolling daily (very sore) all the muscles in upper thighs, I stopped limping. The roller helped strech and iron out all the tight leg muscles. Best device ever, better than my Doctor and his drugs.....

Do what is right for your body, not what you want but what is needed.
