I Would Love To Write

Why do we keep telling children and even adults lame theories of something that would never happen? All this do good, be good morals of stories that would never apply in real life. All these quotes that are supposed to make us feel better about everything that went wrong and make us look forward for some kind of divine retribution.

We were taught as children never to lie, or cheat. Now after growing up I see thats about all people do, lie and cheat! And not just in the exams. As hard as I try to stick to the truth, I do lie by omission and such a lot. Telling lies with straight face isnt my forte. And I hate it when somebody cant even master the art of lying through their teeth when thats like everything they do.

Other thing is "Karma", there is no Karma, its a sentiment having roots in my motherland and our religion, but, I have never seen it in effect. I had to shift places cz our neighbor was harassing my mom. Since about quarter century. Karma hasnt had any effect on her. And my poor mom, she is all "do good, be goo" person, has to take all the pain.

then there is this thing everyone keeps telling whoever breaks up with their gf or bf, he/she will "realize" his mistake. Well, it has been 2 years and I am still waiting for the "realization". Why cant people just advise to move on? instead of feeding bull crap. Nobody ever "learns", people split, its just the way it works.

which leans me to the next, "you have something better in store". Dude, no! thats load of crap, and next time somebody tells me that,I will commit murder. I was told this when I couldnt get into college I wanted, job I wanted. And nothing has worked out for the "best". I agree I should take it in stride and see the good things. But damn if somebody tells me about "its for greater good". I havent seen the greater good in effect. and I would like to while I have some strength in my limbs. so unless greater good knocks right now, I would refrain from that advice.

I would never give any kid any of these smart moral values. I would rather tell them not to lie, cz it makes you seem stupid when you get caught. Not to cheat, as it easy and boring. And not to wait for somebody to realize and do it yourself. nobody is ever coming back, Karma doesnt always work. And what has happened has happened, its not good, its not bad, and there isnt any "greater good", it dint work for Dumbledore either.
