I agree with the title because I don’t think anyone should hit anyone. And you have the right to defend yourself if attacked by either gender. Doesn’t change the fact that if you seriously injure or kill someone whom you’re bigger and stronger than (and you’re both unarmed) you’ll likely have to explain it to law enforcement.
