I Had a Bad Day

It started off with me throwing up blood, and the doctors couldn’t get me in, so I had to go to work and nothing was going right and I had a panic attack then I started having a head ache, by now it’s a full blown chronic migraine, my ribs hurt, I’m dizzy, I am still throwing up blood, I saw someone super bad from my past, I thought it couldn’t get any worse and I’m just laying here but now my heaters broken and it’s below 0
